The proposed “Discover the Delta” Information
Center will be a 7,728 sq ft barn style
building located at the intersection of
Highways 12 and 160 across the river from
Rio Vista. This location has been identified
as the busiest intersection in the Delta
with nearly 10 million vehicles passing
